Within the IT Department of Picard Surgelés, I am responsible for SAP related projects, working closely with business departments to translate functional needs into effective IT solutions deployed across all Picard stores in France and internationally. Main responsibilities: - Project management & coordination: framing, planning, operational monitoring, stakeholder management, and project reporting. - Functional design: gathering and analyzing business requirements, drafting functional and technical specifications. - Testing & deployment: organizing and executing testing phases, validating deliverables, managing go-live and post-deployment support. - Application maintenance (Level 2/3): handling incidents, implementing improvements, and supporting key users. - Compliance & governance: ensuring adherence to GDPR standards and ITIL best practices throughout project delivery. - Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with internal teams, partners, and business stakeholders to guarantee the quality and consistency of SAP solutions.

Missions: • Within the company's SAP competence center, I handle incident tickets or service requests for SAP SD/MM modules. • Advise users on best practices for using SD/MM modules. • Provide solutions according to business needs. • Document solutions provided and update internal knowledge bases. • Write procedures for users and internal teams. • Support project teams during business process design or improvement workshops. • Collect and analyze needs of internal and external customers. • Monitoring of performance indicators related to ticket management (SLAs, resolution times). • Provide regular reports on the progress of support activities.

Business sectors : Automotive, D2C Retail, Food industry, Fashion, E-commerce Missions (International context) : • SAP Back-End Operations Management (D2C): Optimization and support of D2C flows to manage customer orders transmitted to SAP from the website via an EDI interface, such as pricing, deliveries, invoicing, sales order data, payments, price and inventory management. • SAP Functional Analyst: Detailed analysis of business needs to design SAP solutions, according to the client's logistics and sales processes. • End-User Support: To resolve incidents related to sales orders, deliveries, or synchronizations between external systems and SAP. • Management of incoming EDI flows from an e-commerce platform to SAP : Control of interface data via IDoc and monitoring of order statuses and notifications to the client in SAP system. • Analysis of client needs to design them according to the ERP system: Collection of customer needs, functional analysis in collaboration with the ABAP team, proposing solutions to the client, and implement them after validation. • Implementation | Customization, Functional Specifications: Configuration of Sales Management (SD) and Inventory Management (MM) processes, with specific adjustments for client's e-commerce flows. • Development of Functional Analyses: According to requirements and drafting functional specifications. • SAP LE – Logistics Execution (Functional Exposure) : Outbound delivery management : creation, modification, and tracking of delivery documents (VL01N/VL02N), delivery splits, and route determination Shipping : monitoring shipments and coordinating with third-party logistics providers (3PL) Stock movement tracking : collaboration with MM/LE teams on goods issue, storage location handling, and picking strategies Transport planning : definition of shipping points, loading groups, and transportation scheduling Integration with SD billing : ensuring logistics steps are completed before invoice generation Support and issue resolution : delivery blocks, missing batch assignments, and goods movement errors • End-user Training in English, French, and Italian: Following rollout of new projects for the client in an EMEA region, I conducted SAP end-users training sessions for specific needs several times. In these training sessions, delivered in French, English, and Italian depending on country concerned, I followed a series of User Acceptance Tests (UAT). They aimed to support end users in mastering key SAP system tasks related to the project, the goal being to ensure a smooth transition to the new rollout processes, followed by a Hypercare period of a few weeks before transferring incident resolution to the AMS team. • SAP CS (Customer service) : My involvement came through cross-functional projects in ECC environments where SD and CS functionalities were connected. Support for service orders (creation, scheduling, and follow-up of service notifications and work orders coming from the website to SAP), return management, billing for service operations, support in customizing and testing SD-CS integration for service-based invoicing, collaboration with functional teams on CS requirements and documentation (notifications, task lists, service contracts), assistance with warranty determination logic, pricing conditions, participation in training key users on the basic use of SAP.
