Introduction

With 28 years of experience in the information technology sector, I serve as both Project Manager and Chief Information Officer, combining technical and business expertise to effectively organize and manage the IT department. My responsibilities encompass overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects focused on the development and implementation of tools and systems that support both the company's business operations and strategy as well as the regulatory aspects. In addition, I leverage my management skills to lead operational and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively in support of organizational goals and duties. I am equally committed to sharing my knowledge and insights with team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration within the department. In addition to my management duties, I am dedicated to expanding my proficiency in key areas such as security, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and IT system compliance with current regulations, including CSSF circulars, GDPR and DORA. This commitment ensures that the department remains aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. One of my notable accomplishments is in one side the successful adaptation and transformation of the IT department's organization and objectives to align with the company's overall strategy and the prevailing regulatory environment; and in the other side, the provision of systems and data management to support company activities. I applies those principles to the other operational teams I manage ensuring efficiency in their processes. Before this position, I held various roles in the IT sector: developer, business analyst, project manager for different sectors: Life Insurance, Telecommunication, Banking, Credit Card I am currently open to new challenges in leading IT teams as a manager, whether it be development, infrastructure or project management teams.
