Introduction
Full-cycle Product Manager and founder. I take B2B SaaS from 0 to 1 and from 1 to n - discovery, delivery, and growth, owning the outcome end-to-end. Most recently, co-founder & CPO at Billabex, an AI agent for cash collection built for SMEs. I owned the product and go-to-market areas (plus onboarding and customer success): - Grew from 0 to 6k EUR MRR with a team of 3 - 70% trial-to-paid conversion - 70% invoice recovery at day 90, cutting ~15 days off clients' payment delays across ~1,500 invoices/month Before that, ~4 years at PayFit as Product Builder → PM → Team Lead across two domains: - Absences: cut the support-ticket ratio by 20% through product changes - Acquisition: lifted website lead-to-customer conversion from 0.5% to 1.4% I work discovery-first: user research, prioritization by impact/effort, prototyping, shipping, measuring. Comfortable owning a domain and leading a small team. On the side, I build small products and write about how it actually goes → https://eronae.com/

Product Manager owning the Absences domain within the Time tribe. - Raised domain CSAT from 3.7 to 4.2/5 and cut the support-ticket ratio by 20%, by making leave calculations legible and closing coverage gaps. - Shipped calculation transparency: exposed the detail behind core leave calculations (sick leave, paid holidays, salary impact) so users could see how each figure was derived, removing a top driver of support tickets. - Extended coverage to previously unmanaged collective agreements, reaching customer segments the domain couldn't serve before.
