Currently leveraging my experience in AI and Recruitment by building a side project called Hire Lara. I am actively exploring how technology and psychology can intersect to create more effective talent acquisition processes, working alongside my co-founder to build a scalable product architecture.

At iExec, I serve as Product and Project Portfolio Manager, Architect, and Agile Lead, driving the development of confidential decentralized solutions. I oversee the product and project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, impactful delivery, and high standards of innovation and performance. In this role, I work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives while maintaining alignment with market needs. As an architect, I maintain the iExec protocol and design advanced confidential Web3 services for iExec builders. I ensure coherence across the tech team and align technical strategies with operational and inter-departmental goals. As an Agile Lead, I foster collaboration, streamline processes, and drive iterative delivery, keeping iExec at the forefront of decentralized innovation.

I led Semarchy's strategic evolution, initiating the transformation of all products into a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. I founded and built the platform team from the ground up, defining its vision, structure, and objectives. I drove key decisions regarding architecture, product portfolio, and pricing models, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. I collaborated with IT to establish robust SaaS operations and implemented enterprise-wide compliance and certification processes. I architected the platform foundations for hybrid deployments and oversaw the automated and reliable delivery of Semarchy products. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, I ensured the SaaS platform's competitiveness and responsiveness to market trends.

As CTO, Product Manager and Blockchain Architect, I led the development of more than 10 client projects per year and managed customer framing and business workshops for new companies. I was also responsible for coordinating and validating technical quotations, including public RFPs, while overseeing the daily operations of the company in collaboration with HR, legal, sales, marketing, accounting, and IT. Beyond my executive and technical leadership, I also acted as Product Manager for several initiatives, driving the definition, design, and go-to-market of new Web3 products. I guided the creation of Web3 APIs (Wallet-as-a-Service, tokenization, Digital Passport and NFT white-label solutions) and launched a developer portal to simplify integration and accelerate adoption. As the leader of a 50-person team across five locations, I fostered an efficient, supportive, and agile work environment. I introduced Agile and DevOps practices in both product and professional services teams, while designing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity and quality assurance strategy to ensure reliability and trust. I also played a key role in identifying and evaluating new technologies to shape the innovation roadmap for the company.

As the coordinator of R&D and Blockchain Innovation projects for major French companies including Caisse des Dépôts, La Poste, EDF, PSA, COVEA, and Lyon metropole (with an industrial investment of over 5 million euros), I have provided technical supervision to 15 research engineers and 5 developers. My responsibilities have included the design of new products and processes, as well as the assessment of their technical performance and innovation contributions. In addition, I have regularly presented at conferences and private events to promote our IRT project and the benefits of blockchain technology (approximately one event per month). Through these efforts, I have played a key role in advancing the adoption and understanding of this innovative technology within the French business community.
