Giorgi Jalagonia

I founded WYNflair to tackle a growing social need: inclusive fashion for people with disabilities. Our non-profit startup designs and delivers adaptive clothing that supports mobility, comfort, and self-expression. We’ve already helped over 100 individuals in Georgia, including children and adults with mobility challenges, offering clothes that respect both dignity and style. As CEO, I oversee product design, community engagement, brand development, and partnership building with health and rehabilitation centers. #What'sYourName?

As Co-Founder and CEO of Vynity, I lead the strategic and technical development of an AI-powered energy analytics platform that provides accurate forecasts of electricity production and consumption. Under my leadership, Vynity has grown into a major force in the Georgian energy market, currently supporting over 60% of energy actors. We streamline decision-making, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization for hydropower and renewable energy providers. In 2024, we were awarded a prestigious grant from the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA), becoming the youngest team ever to receive this recognition. We are now expanding regionally with a vision to build smarter, more resilient energy systems across the Caucasus and beyond.

I worked as an online data analyst, evaluating and labeling datasets used for AI and search engine training. My job was to filter, assess, and report on data relevance to improve machine learning algorithms' accuracy and contextual awareness.

Elected as a delegate to represent Georgia in several official sessions of the European Youth Parliament — a prestigious platform for young leaders to engage in political dialogue, diplomacy, and debate across the EU and beyond. Participated in international conferences simulating European Parliament procedures, where I collaborated with students from across Europe to discuss pressing global issues, draft policy proposals, and engage in multicultural exchange.

I worked at Georgia’s largest green energy trading firm, where I applied economic and statistical models to real-time energy markets. My role involved preparing daily production forecasts, analyzing pricing data, and communicating with stakeholders ranging from local producers to politicians and journalists. I contributed to our mission of making renewable energy profitable and sustainable.
