• Identification of compliance requirements in accordance with applicable regulations (ITAR/EAR, FR, EU) and analysis of flow compliance with SAP • Review of process coherence and alignment to ensure effective operational implementation • Working across functions to ensure that export compliance is maintained • Interact with government bodies and regulators on export control matters • Carrying out all export control obligations related to different export control regulation (EU, FR, ITAR/EAR) • Execution of all export control obligations, including maintenance of databases, archiving of documents in compliance with regulatory requirements, and submission of necessary authorization requests to the competent authorities

• Implementation and coordination of contractual processes • Analysis of costs/quality/deadlines/resources in the context of contract-related- requests • Managed risk assessment and mitigation (SWOT analysis)

• Coordinating the operational management of a defence-related event • Drawing up the event strategy and public relations plan • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders • Prepared progress reports on ongoing actions

• Monitoring and tracking of regulations and directives related to industrial offsets • Participation in the development of industrial offset proposals: evaluation, consultation, and compliance analysis of potential partners (due diligence) • Monitoring of industrial offset projects under framework contracts • Monitoring and reporting on compliance with industrial and financial offset obligations imposed on Safran
