I served as Scrum Master for three concurrent Agile teams on client's projects, guiding the development and MVP launch of a trusted platform for verifying cosmetic and food products. Real-time Scan or search to ensure authenticity and safety before consumption., A powerful SaaS platform helping authors and publishers boost book sales through Amazon SEO, lead scraping, and automated outreach., and Next-gen email intelligence platform offering unified inboxes, AI features, and high-grade security for individuals and teams. I facilitated Agile ceremonies, strengthened team velocity, and ensured continuous delivery by creating a collaborative, feedback-driven environment. My role spanned coaching teams on Scrum best practices, managing dependencies, and aligning sprint outcomes with product strategy and customer impact.
