As an Embedded Software Intern at Fractal Energy, I worked on automating the testing and validation of Flexbox, a plug-and-play energy storage device that optimizes electricity consumption. My role focused on developing automated test frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipeline from GitHub Actions, and improving software reliability. This included writing scripts in python using the OpenAPI from Hawkbit (OTA service), and MQTT (IoT communication protocol) libraries and bleak for Bluetooth connectivity using Raspberry Pi and then integrating into GitHub actions to reduce human intervention. I also learned setting up docker container in the initial learning phase. Also Documented my work for the team for future reference.

At Flytxt, I played a key role in ensuring product quality for a telecom analytics platform, Neon-dX. I was responsible for writing detailed test case documentation, performing KPI analysis, and executing regression and performance testing using tools like JMeter and shell scripts. I identified and reported bugs, handled production tickets, and collaborated closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. My process improvements led to a 25% reduction in the testing cycle time and a 15% increase in bug detection accuracy. I also implemented performance testing strategies that addressed system bottlenecks, resulting in a 20% improvement in application responsiveness. In addition, I actively coordinated Scrum ceremonies, UAT sessions, and cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, align on business requirements, and ensure the final deliverables met customer expectations.
