At Ganni, I was responsible for visual merchandising, guiding the customer journey, and managing post-sale outreach. Collaborating with the regional VM manager, I created displays that aligned with brand identity and resonated with our clientele, adapting them seasonally or based on local events. I maintained and updated displays as inventory changed or according to customer feedback. I also played a key role in customer engagement, greeting clients, educating them about the brand, and tailoring the instore experience based on their familiarity with Ganni. This approach helped me build lasting relationships between the brand and its clients. In charge of customer outreach, I utilized the Endear platform to maintain personalized communication with clients after their initial visit. I developed strong connections with customers and shared these strategies with the team to enhance our collective efforts in fostering lasting relationships.

At Bonpoint, my most notable missions have included monitoring and reporting all European boutique's visual merchandising (windows and instore), helping to realise changes in window and instore displays, and contributing significantly to the creation of the brand's visual merchandising guideline book for Spring/Summer 2024. Throughout my time, I have gained valuable experience in the visual merchandising field by leaning first-hand the daily and overarching tasks of a visual merchandiser. I have further honed my skills in organization, attention to detail, and comunication with managers and colleagues alike. I have also developed a deep understanding of Adobe photoshop which I have used frequently in the creation of the VM guideline book for SS24. My experience with Bonpoint has assured me of my ability to be an effective, innovative, and skilled visual merchandiser. I am incredibly grateful to the company and to everyone who has provided me with the opportunities to realise my potential.

At Madame de la Maison, I was responsible for managing the online boutique and the rental division of the company. For the online boutique, I fulfilled and sent orders, organized and tracked stock, published blog posts, prepared photoshoots, and purchased new products to sell at the boutique. In managing the rental division, I fulfilled orders, tracked the movement of our products, and performed all quality-control checks. From my experience, I acquired a great amount of knowledge about antiques and running a small business in France.

As a social media consultant, I advised Gita PR's team on content creation and the different methods in which one can use metrics (i.e. Google Analytics, social media performance indicators) to develop a strong online presence. I created multiple pieces of content for the firm's personal pages as well as for their clients.

At elliestyled, I worked as both a stylist and project manager. In my role as a project manager, I took on various tasks, including styling for events, organizing the studio, running errands, and just about anything else that needs to be done. As a stylist, I had the opportunity to design and build incredible displays for various events. From customer interaction to portfolio creation, I have learned how to properly operate a small business while continuing to broaden my knowledge of the industry.

Last spring, I interned with the Lycée Français de la Nouvelle Orléans. I worked on creating and developing content for the school's social media pages, the yearbook, and other outreach initiatives that involve students, staff, and parents. I really enjoyed working with Lycée Français as I was able to view marketing from the perspective of a public charter French immersion school. I have learned that many things must be submitted for approval, and there are far more steps to go through before content can be made official. I have found this obstacle to be highly representative of what working in marketing for a larger company looks like, and value the time I have spent at Lycée Français.
