Contributed to the MaFormation application refactoring project using AI-assisted business analysis methods to accelerate reverse engineering, functional documentation, business rules extraction, gap analysis, and backlog preparation. Used AI tools to support legacy code analysis, documentation comparison, BPMN/UML diagram preparation, decision tracking, and the transformation of validated requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Since 2003, JCDecaux has offered, with Cyclocity, a complete system of self-service bicycles that has won several awards, to local authorities and city dwellers. A sustainable mobility solution, easy to use and complementary, at a time when multimodal transport is developing. Cyclocity, a subsidiary of JCDecaux which designs self-service bicycles, is in charge of the installation, operation, upkeep, maintenance and regulation of the service. A mobile application, a website and a customer relations telephone center support users. The quality team started implementing processes in 2019 to manage the product journey and customer satisfaction. Created in 2014, the R-Book Service application is used in Renault workshops (RRF) throughout France (+/- 4000 workshops). This application manages the after-sales actions. My Role • Participation in the follow-up of the evolutions of the R-Book application and in the management of anomalies. • Monitoring of a reporting tool linked to data from this application.
