Organization consulting and transformation project: - Transformation of the "Learning and development department": definition of a new learning politics, development of a competence-oriented approach, digitalization of the offer, change management, project management; - Support Operations Team managers in a context of significant and sensitive change by reinforcing their change leadership skills.
