As part of the digital and innovation team, I am responsible for improving the company's efficiency by implementing digital tools and optimizing business processes. ▪ Led the implementation of an AI-based email automation tool across 5 major subsidiaries in different countries, eliminating manual processing equivalent to 5 FTEs ▪ Managed the deployment of enterprise platforms (CRM, HRMS), improving sales pipeline visibility and HR process efficiency across 10+ countries. ▪ Acted as product owner for an internal quotation tool, driving improvement initiatives and integrating customer feedback to enhance user satisfaction. ▪ Developed and led training sessions for commercial and operations teams, accelerating tool adoption and boosting user proficiency. ▪ Analyzed, challenged and optimized business processes, increasing overall operational efficiency.

SIMQu provides project outsourcing and consulting solutions for SMEs. As a project manager I successfully completed 6 marketing and IT projects. My tasks included definition of project goals, establishing a timeline and managing a team of developers and business analysts to complete the project. Additionally, I collaborated with other team members to create new project initiatives.

▪ Conducted statistical analysis of loan data with SQL and Excel, leading to the identification of key factors influencing loan default rates. ▪ Automated the creation of several reports using VBA, saving the equivalent of 0.5 FTE in time.
