I worked with Data For Good to contribute uniquely to the enhancement of the healthcare platform LinkR. During this experience, I applied outlier detection methods including IQR, percentile analysis, and Isolation Forest to elevate the platform's data quality and analytical capabilities. Highlights of my achievements: • Implemented effective preprocessing techniques for the healthcare platform, including outlier detection and highlighting, to ensure data quality and reliability. • Earned a prize from the jury collectively for the collaborative work on improving the healthcare platform LinkR.

I took charge of managing technical change processes within projects, focusing on overseeing the competence of all designers and reviewers within the functional discipline. My role involved providing guidance, direction, and briefings to uphold quality standards for engineering deliverables. I ensured project scope and requirements compliance through meticulous design oversight and implemented engineering controls and procedures across all projects. Additionally, I evaluated survey plans and strategies for their suitability within the project context. Highlights of my achievements: • Led risk management initiatives for the Grand Paris Express metro lines, establishing and refining the risk management process and achieving encouraging KPIs for the project. • Applied relevant risk assessment techniques to identify and analyse construction, system, and operational hazards.

I orchestrated scheduling, management, and coordination efforts. Highlights of my achievements: • Directed project management for Line 15 WEST of the Grand Paris Express, implementing data analytics solutions to optimize operations and efficiency. • Spearheaded project management initiatives for Line 15 EAST of the Grand Paris Express. • Played a pivotal role in securing two tender wins totaling over 1 million euros for the company.

I assisted in project management. Highlights of my achievements: • Steered scheduling, management, and coordination efforts for multiple tramway projects in the Paris and Bordeaux regions. • Received commendation from the City of Paris for team consistency and effective problem-solving approaches.

I led station projects for the Regional Express Network, directing the consolidation of capacity requirements and coordinating related studies. Throughout this role, I managed interfaces and closely monitored construction progress to ensure project milestones were met effectively. Highlight of my achievements: • Earned recognition from the project manager for attention to detail and exemplary project management.

• Supported tramway extension project in Grenoble agglomeration, coordinating scheduling, management, and works. • Oversaw and piloted overall testing phases, with responsibility for riverside restoration.
