Description 🔎 UX & CX research: Product Design and Customer Experience Improvement (CX) Design of innovative products to improve the customer experience on kiabi.com. In-depth UX research across Kiabi stores, including customer interviews to understand their needs, preferences and most importantly irritants. 🚀 Customer Experience (CX) Optimization: Conducted an in-depth audit of the kiabi.com application to identify weak points and opportunities for improvement. Using advanced analytics (Content Square) to make informed decisions. 😃 Customer Engagement: Significantly improved the review submission system on kiabi.com to encourage interaction, customer feedback and increase the purchase percentage after reading and submitting reviews. Organization of ideation and prioritization workshops to stimulate creativity and innovation within the team. ⚙️ Organization and optimization of design tools, “UI design” interface design: Successful migration of the component library from Adobe XD to Figma for better collaboration between teams. Organization and implementation of the kiabi.com design system on Figma using the Atomic Design approach, with harmonization of components for visual consistency, improvement of the maintainability of the design system, and facilitated the work of Front developers. 🛠️ Quality Assurance and Mockup Control: Rigorous supervision of mockup development to ensure they meet design standards and user expectations. 🧪 User Testing and Continuous Optimization: Planning and execution of AB tests to validate improvements to the user experience. Contexte : J'ai pris en charge le renforcement de l'équipe design en remplaçant une UX designer. Pendant cette transition, j'ai hérité des projets de ma collègue et collaboré avec des clients renommés tels que Cora.be, Auchan Go. J'ai également participé activement à des appels d'offres et aux phases d'avant-vente. Auchan Go, j'ai conçu l'application pour les futurs magasins Auchan Go, équivalents français d'AmazonGo, lors d'une phase d'avant-vente. Chez Cora.be, j'ai apporté ma contribution à la conception du service "Clic and Collect" de leur application. Pour Athom power, j'ai élaboré les wireframes de la plateforme de location de batteries écologiques pour le matériel de tournage, cinéma et séries. L'objectif était de simplifier la recherche et la réservation de batteries adaptées en termes de puissance, et la livraison sur le lieu de tournage. Dans le cadre de mon travail sur l'application Metzger, mon objectif principal était de permettre aux clients professionnels de passer leurs commandes de viande directement via l'application et accélérer le processus de commande et à améliorer la gestion globale des commandes, le tout dans le cadre d'une phase d'avant-vente. Enfin, pour le compte d'ikomobi en interne, j'ai participé à la conception de l'interface utilisateur de la Digital Experience Platform (DXP), un CMS avancé permettant aux clients de gérer divers aspects de leurs sites internet, notamment les modifications, les analyses et les campagnes de communication.
