As a part of Explore Data and Infrastructure, I led a team, to design and define a solution to ingest large amounts of data for use in Zendesk Explore, an analytics solution. * Leading a Software Engineering team of 6 people. * Conducting 1-on-1s on a weekly basis and providing feedback for the team. * Building career path framework. Coaching, mentoring and developing junior, senior and staff engineers. * Building the team roadmap, translating it to engineering goals and delivering product features in collaboration with product management and stakeholders. * Delivering dashboards and datasets to help our users visualize and report on several attributes and metrics of their agents and customers. *Driving the move of our systems to the new internal data platform.

As a part of the Data Processing Platform team, I designed and shipped scalable solutions using high-end technologies to process large amounts of data. *Led and developed a component capable of manipulating records directly in Python 3 within Talend Pipeline Designer®. * Re-designed the transformations on samples with Talend Data Quality® in the compute engine. *Designed a new API to send pipeline jobs to the engine. *Delivered a new scalable architecture to process pipeline executions and optimize resources usage leveraging Kubernetes jobs. * Drove and designed a multi-tenant architecture based on my previous work on Kubernetes jobs to support shared compute engines between users. * Led demonstrations of new features to our different stakeholders. * Mentored junior software engineers providing them with knowledge on best practices and techniques. * Collaborated with Product Management to define the product vision and guide our team on designing and building high quality software.

In the stream processing domain team, I designed and implemented of a web- platform to monitor the bank liquidities in the Eurozone real-time gross settlement (RTGS) Target2 system. *Re-designed the authentication system to the internal Target2 monitoring platform. * Introduced new developer rules in the team with coding rules, code reviews, documentation, and integration tests. *Developed an auto-reporter of liquidity events with web notifications and Microsoft Excel® exports. * Developed the communication links to the Anti-Money Laundering solution of Crédit Mutuel-CIC. * Designed, coded and maintained an internal high amount interbank exchange web platform. * Developed a translation tool from CODA/AEB to SEPA. * Designed and implemented the Instant Payment link to STET Core2 system.

I Designed and coded stock markets low latency stream reading applications (feed-handlers) from the ground-up. * Designed and developed several low latency feed-handlers. * Developed a multicast packet generator to reproduce rare market events. * Coded utility tools to test our feed-handlers behavior.

On the EQD desk, I designed and built a variety of tools to help Quantitative Analysts to evaluate their managed assets. * Developed regression testing tools in C++/C# for the migration to a newer version of a cross-asset trading and risk management solution. * Designed C# Winform GUIs for existing console-only applications.

* Developed and managed a collaborative-oriented intranet solution with wikis, simplified file sharing, document management… * Launched the Information System cartography process.

* Initiated new methodologies for the Information System cartography process. * Helped designing the Information System Master Plan for the following 3 years & modeled the new business processes.
