Design and facilitation of immersive four-hour workshops offering a complete experience around craft beer making. Participants are guided step by step from selecting ingredients and understanding their aromatic and technical roles, to the stages of brewing, fermentation, and bottling. Each session combines theory and practice, with guided tastings, an overview of beer history and styles, and an introduction to the craft brewing culture. The objective: to share both the know-how and passion for brewing while making the science of beer accessible to everyone.

At Intertek International Ltd, I lead regulatory affairs communication, ensuring food shipment compliance with international standards, and conduct internal audits. My work includes evaluating product conformity, reviewing shipment profiles, and drafting SOPs for MENA regulatory shipping procedures.

At Ritz Paris, I coordinated luxury product development, managed export logistics for the Doha store opening, ensured regulatory compliance of gourmet products, and created a comprehensive product database.

As Quality and Food Safety Manager at Elmir Brewing Company, I implemented QA/QC plans based on HACCP, authored SOPs, conducted in-house testing, and managed GMP to ensure food safety and quality standards were met
