As Gerflor’s first-ever Product Owner for Magento domains, I managed both the B2C eCommerce site in France and the B2B platform’s country integrations. My role involved backlog creation, change management, and improving "agile" practices while advocating for modern tooling like the Atlassian suite. I collaborated across teams in Germany, the UK, the US, and the Netherlands, ensuring seamless deployment while optimizing workflows and performance metrics.

As Co-Founder of CitaDeal, a geolocation-based shopping platform for physical stores, I oversee product innovation, UX/UI, and delivery management. I led the recruitment, business strategy, and investor relations while managing backlog development for three core products—Store Management, Marketplace, and Delivery. My role blends market research with technology, ensuring seamless multi-store inventory tracking and rapid delivery solutions.

Brought in to reinforce the Delivery service, I led the transition phase of Delivery teams within a SAFe organization. Managing five Engineering Managers and over twenty teams, I standardized processes, introduced key performance metrics, and guided teams through iterative development improvements. My focus was on continuous delivery enhancement, change management, and risk mitigation while aligning product and engineering teams on best practices.

In the midst of a company sale and a vacancy for a Scrum Master, I stepped in to support two development teams remotely. My role encompassed coaching, training, and enhancing UX processes while implementing Scrum best practices. I worked closely with the Head of Development to streamline workflows, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration during this transitional period.

Tasked with defining and launching the SaaS offering for a leading eCommerce facilitator in Southeast Asia, I led regional UX/UI and Customer Success teams while managing two Product Managers. I conducted market research, refined product positioning, and developed go-to-market strategies across five countries. My work included pricing strategy, internal process improvements, and third-party software integrations to enhance service offerings.

Inception, design and launch of Brand.com solutions for retail brands, integrating Magento and Shopify with a full ecosystem for CRM, PIM, order management, and 3PL. I streamlined processes and implemented a data-driven approach for continuous improvement. I also managed security and cybersecurity concerns for warehouse logistics while optimizing customer acquisition strategies, an Key results.

Led Agile coaching for ExxonMobil’s global IT and business transformation, supporting 500+ employees across multiple regions. I introduced a Product-Centric approach, trained Scrum Masters, and mentored Product Owners in the US and Thailand. My work also involved refining SAP financial systems and deploying security measures for refineries, including gas leak detection, anti-intrusion systems, and communication security enhancements.

Partnered with the CEO to define an Agile transformation strategy aimed at improving delivery speed and business collaboration. I introduced transparency measures, risk management frameworks, and iterative development practices that increased conversion rates by 45% in six months. I also trained Scrum Masters and integrated cybersecurity and DevOps into product workflows, drastically reducing dependencies.

Consulted for major clients like Crédit Agricole, LCL, AXA, SocGen, and Michelin, leading Agile coaching, product transformation, and digital innovation initiatives. My work spanned banking, insurance, payroll, and compliance projects, with a focus on training teams, optimizing Scrum adoption, and facilitating enterprise-wide Agile transformations.

Oversaw the digital transformation of Pickup Services’ supply chain before its acquisition by DPD. I managed PDAs across France, Belgium, and Germany, implementing security measures, fraud detection, and risk mitigation strategies. My role involved supplier negotiations, budget management, and optimizing operational workflows for last-mile delivery tracking.
