Led the production of an innovative narrative puzzle game released on PC and Nintendo Switch. - Defined the product vision and core gameplay mechanics - Negotiated and signed a publishing contract - Recruited and coordinated a multidisciplinary (tech, art, design) and multicultural (FR, DE, IT) team - Managed the product roadmap, balancing technical, creative, and budgetary constraints - Oversaw production with the publisher, gathered feedback, and adjusted scope accordingly Following the release of It’s a Wrap!, I now leverage my dual expertise in tech and product to support ambitious projects, ensuring alignment between vision, teams, and deliverable quality.
