First Medic Global employee, a company which invested €140 million in healthcare real estate since 2015, I have managed the product activity of its self-financed subsidiary since its creation, developing a SaaS solution and Data/AI-based services for Patients and Healthcare Providers, in order to support Medic Global growth in France and to fuel European ambitions. ◼︎ 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 (5 nationalities) 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟳 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 (PhDs) in agile organization: 9 members in Product (including Designers), 7 for Tech and 1 for Data. ◼︎ 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 based on a digital platform, for two distinct markets (B2B/B2C), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝗔𝗠) 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. ◼︎ 𝗟𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 7 tested prototypes and 𝗮 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝗶𝗻 𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀. ◼︎ 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 with the CISO. Split between Paris (FR) and Palo Alto, CA (USA). ◼︎ Participated the financial plan and 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 $𝟱𝟬𝗠 𝗽𝗿𝗲-𝗜𝗣𝗢 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. ◼︎ Laid the first guidelines and 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥&𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 over 3 years 𝗶𝗻 𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. ◼︎ 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, reachable using just a phone number, responding to detected emotion by means of an NLU processing. Implemented IBM Watson services.
