Led the squad in charge of developing real estate estimation tools for our analysts. We built a SaaS solution to create and deploy chatbots at scale on websites and mobile applications. We went from 0 to 12M monthly displays of our chatbox, with 1M monthly interactions. I recruited and organized our tech & product team from 1 to 10 people, with a rigorous management framework to ensure top-notch delivery and well-being within the team. I created a strong remote culture within the team from 2019, to give more comfort to employees and easier the recruitment of senior developers. The last 2 years, I also coached and managed the managers of our CSM & SEO teams, which led me to manage ~30 persons in total (~10 tech, and ~20 consultants via their managers).

I give talks in two different classes at the UTC, about web-mining & data-mining experiences.

I organized the whole R&D team in vertical squads, set up Agile methodologies using SCRUM, and set up dev workflows to improve delivery. I prepared and animated roadmap workshops, and wrote feature specifications. I also took care of Release Management and coordination with Marketing, Sales & Professional Services.
