Built the product architecture for a multi-agent filmmaking platform, from story planning to shots, voice, music and edit. • Agentic workflow design. B2B SaaS Product Owner: backlog ownership, prioritization, discovery. Translated cryptographic R&D (DID, verifiable credentials) into a concrete B2B product, then drove the team's pivot toward AI. • R&D to market. Turned cryptographic primitives into B2B use cases addressable by non-technical buyers. • Pivot to AI. Contributed to the shift from identity infrastructure toward AI products, shaping product direction of the new positioning.

Ran agile delivery (backlog, user stories, sprints) across 4 blockchain education programs (Solidity, Ethereum, Bitcoin, NFTs). €1.5M in revenue generated. • Early GenAI work. Led an internal AI assistant and a virtual avatar from 2022, conversational prototypes ahead of the mainstream wave. • Website rebuild + learning platform with tracking.

– Created frameworks and process documents: project / audit / production. Implemented behavioral analysis for conversion optimization, search engine advertising campaigns, project design and wireframing.

– Worked with end users, designers and developer team. Prioritized work within an agile team and maintained a backlog of future work to review and prioritize. – Scrapped 2500 french receipt tickets from different sources to train the visual recognition application.

– Analysed investment opportunities: market analysis, business/financial analysis and financial modelling (business plans and valuation). Led rating interviews with entrepreneurs. Co-developed a framework (50 variables) to produce estimations based on qualitative and quantitative data.
