Lead HR strategy for Marketplaces in a high growth context (70 to 300M€+ yearly GMV): > Build and manage a HR team of 7 (incl. 4 dedicated to Talent Acquisition); > Support the human growth (hiring and onboarding): +200% HC in 20 months, based in 5 countries (FR, SP, IT, PT & GE), create internal hiring tools and dashboards, improve the hiring process; > Monitor Employee Experience: creation of internal tools and dashboards, building and following action plans; > Review of the marketplace salary grids (5 locations in 4 countries); > Organize 3 international team building events (multi-day events for 100+ persons) in France and Spain; > Support to the Marketplace management team.
