Leading the financial operations for a €30M pharmaceutical subsidiary within a €450M German group, I oversee cash forecasts, budget management, and regulatory compliance. Through advanced reporting systems, I’ve enhanced financial visibility while building a high-performing finance team. Currently, I’m focused on driving continuous improvements in our SAP S/4HANA system to increase efficiency and accuracy across all financial processes.

I'm in charge of the administrative and financial department of a company distributing products in the tableware and household goods sectors. Company with sales of €30 million and around 25 employees, subsidiary of a German company with sales of over €220 million. I work on setting up management control and budget monitoring. With my team, we have set up a detailed and precise follow-up of customer commercial conditions (Discounts/Rebates...). I've set up a cash-flow monitoring system to help us weather the storm of the COVID period.

Responsible for the scope of 2 agencies and a holding company as financial controller +/- 50 million in sales for 180 people. Set up and monitor customer-specific dashboards for French management (decision support, sales and profitability recommendations, range rationalization).
