Gururaj Dugani

Intro

Hi, I’m Gururaj — an RPA developer and consultant with hands-on experience across banking, insurance, and healthcare. I specialize in building smart automation solutions that save time, reduce errors, and make processes more efficient.Over the years, I’ve worked with tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Edge, automating everything from web and desktop apps to mainframe systems. I’ve led projects end-to-end — from identifying automation opportunities to designing, testing, and deploying bots that deliver real business impact.I’m also passionate about test automation, API workflows, and exploring emerging tech like Generative AI and prompt engineering. I enjoy mentoring junior developers and believe in building automation strategies that scale.Right now, I’m looking for new challenges — whether that’s stepping into a bigger role or joining a team where I can lead automation initiatives and drive digital transformation. If you’re working on something exciting in this space, I’d love to connect.
