* Responsible for the implementation and functional configuration of a new Candidate Management Platform as part of the digital transformation of emlyon business school’s candidate journey. * Managing the coordination between business stakeholders, IT teams and the solution integrator, ensuring alignment on functional requirements, configuration and solution deployment.

o Responsible for Service Cloud project rollout: Driving test workshops, technical coordination with solution architect, existing CRM and Talend; Managing the run o Sales Cloud Project: Requirement gathering workshops; Project management, Solution design in collaboration with architects, existing CRM and SFDC integrator

-Ensure that the IT and business project managers are supported during FO solutions (Sales Force CRM Sales & Recruitement solutions) rollout phase. -Maintain functional knowledge on country / BU regional implementation -Participate to the solutions roadmap

Responsible for the CRM Project roll out on the newly acquired Business Units o Participate to functional workshops (Agile approach) with rollout team/Collect requirements/Challenge requirements proposing alternatives/Draw up the processes documentation o Manage the Data migration/ Perform the integration testings/ Coordinate the end user tests o Drive the project activities and enhance the existing features in response to the Business needs/Analyse the feasibility /Manage bugs and enhancements. o Responsible for the daily running flows (Webservice and Talend)/ Provide first and second level support
