Final-year internship as a Software Engineering Intern at UPTECH, working on the development of the company’s internal portal. I contributed to the smart, automated Call Center module, participating in its design and implementation, including its interaction with SAV, Sales, and Logistics services. The module enables survey response analysis and provides recommendations via external AI agents, ensuring data confidentiality and security. It also includes automated features such as report generation, survey management, automatic request creation, and notifications. Backend development was done with Spring Boot and Java 17, frontend with Angular 17. Applied Design Thinking methodology (BAD: Besoin, Analyse, Design) and worked in an Agile SCRUM team, managing sprints and tracking tasks.
