Created Zenmap, a web app helping individuals find the best neighborhood to live in, based on open data (schools, safety, housing prices, transport…). Designed the product roadmap, structured and processed large public datasets (INSEE, ministères) in PostgreSQL, built a REST API (Node/JS), and developed the front-end on Bubble (no-code) with interactive Mapbox maps. Led user interviews, go-to-market tests, and continuous iterations — from first concept to fully functional MVP.

Joined Memo Bank, a French fintech scale-up, to experience tech from the inside. Worked with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales teams on the go-to-market of new banking features. Analyzed client data (BigQuery, Looker Studio) to track feature adoption and identify the most valuable use cases. Produced written and video case studies (Defacto, Wandercraft, Comet, WeWard) showcasing product impact and client success.

After a six-month break to write a novel, I returned to HTS Consulting to help rebuild its strategy practice, which had been scaled down after the success of its spin-off WiserSKILLS. Led transformation and prospective studies for public and private stakeholders, analyzing how entire industries (ceramics, financial services, tech) were evolving in terms of markets, technologies, and skills.

Joined The Family’s rollercoaster within Pathfinder, its startup studio and consulting arm. Led innovation missions for CAC 40 companies: market studies, venture design and venture building, executive workshops, intrapreneur coaching.

Early experience in a top-ranked strategy boutique (Vault #2 in Europe for Innovation in 2018 and 2020). Worked on strategic planning and due diligences for large corporates, and contributed to venture projects such as WiserSKILLS (HR SaaS, acquired by Neobrain in 2022).

Corporate finance internship. Analyzed quarterly results of top global investment banks, wrote internal strategy notes, and studied the European debt market (loans & bonds). First real exposure to financial analysis and Excel.
