Technostructures is an association whose aim is to create a software ecosystem : - that does not contribute to increasing labor productivity and its alienating nature, - whose design is free from the imperatives of profitability and not conditioned by the logic of industrial constraints. I contribute to Kazarma, Posca, Topos and Imago with our technical stack: Elixir for the back-end, and OCaml (with Melange) for the front-end (which transpiles into JavaScript).

Développement de compar:IA (https://comparia.beta.gouv.fr) pour le Ministère de la Culture et beta.gouv.fr. First in Gradio, then in Svetekit+FastAPI, first by deploying GPU VMs, then using litellm+openrouter/Albert APIs, created an open-source LLM arena. A year later, the dataset reached 150,000 entries and became the 4th most popular corpus on Hugging Face. We had two goals: contribute to open research on DPO fine-tuning for French language and French users' preferences, and be a vetted pedagogical resource for comparing LLM families, and learning about text-based generative AIs.

To keep pace with the growing complexity of IT, the DevOps movement is encouraging systematic experimentation under realistic conditions: we talk about "labs". At Uptime, we believe that this technical principle should also be at the heart of professional training, to ensure that learning is relevant, operational and captivating. I'm a DevOps trainer. I run training modules for the following technologies: - Docker - Ansible - Kubernetes - CI/CD with Gitlab-CI - Setting up a SIEM with ELK - Introduction to Python - Linux administration The complete list of Uptime training courses is available at: https://uptime-formation.fr/formations Some of our training materials are available here: https://supports.uptime-formation.fr/ I also carry out security audits (incident response, forensic...), and DevOps & sysadmin consulting.

At Criteo's Internal IT, I did forensic analysis for security incidents, handled vulnerability management, and set up and configured various security and network products (Azure cloud, installing vulnerability scanners and the ELK stack ; managing firewalls, VPNs, network administration and authentication products, fine-tuning SPF/DKIM/spam email configuration…). I was also in charge of auditing the security of current and future IT projects in order to enforce Criteo's security requirements. I supervised the impact on security of all major infrastructure changes. Part of my job also included delivering awareness sessions on security best-practices both for end-users and specific audiences (developers, "power users", sysadmins, financial team…). I was coordinating with R&D and Legal teams on transversal projects.
