● Formalize the key processes supporting the Claranet management system ● Harmonize the graphic representations of these processes ● Formalized a performance measurement system for each process with process support owner (KPIs) ● Propose a performance improvement strategy on the processes requiring it and support the deployment through improvement projects ● Participate in strengthening the culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Aiming to improve object detection and to predict the movements of the latter, Buawei is launching the "object memory" project. The goal is to use a short-term memory which will have the effect of improving the detection of the element sought and potentially identifying the object individually if several appear in the same scene. The expected effect is the detection of objects more accurately, more reliably and to avoid false positives. A second effect will be improving the overall performance of the system (speed, unique detection).

In collaboration with an HSE project (Hygiene, Security, environment), my mission is to analyse times series using AI to help prevent the degradation of the environment.

My mission was to help detect the IT problems within the entity and solve them by coding new modules in VBA using MDX queries and SQL.
