–Contribute to the training and refinement of AI language models by reviewing, correcting, and validating Arabic language outputs across multiple dialects. –Evaluate model-generated content for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness to improve overall model performance. –Provide structured feedback and annotations to support supervised learning and human-in-the-loop AI training workflows. –Identify recurring language errors and quality issues to help improve model behavior and dataset consistency. –Collaborate with internal teams to align language data standards with responsible and high-quality AI deployment.

–Support the management of digital information systems used for UNDP's Knowledge Centre, built on Microsoft Viva Topics. –Maintain and structure content across SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, ensuring appropriate access permissions and controlled information sharing. –Monitor system usage, content updates, and data consistency to support internal IT governance processes. –Coordinate with internal teams to align digital platforms with organizational guidelines, data protection principles, and basic security requirements. –Support the Communications Team to help create, develop and manage the website content.

–Document illegal pushbacks and human rights violations against people on the move. –Participate in writing reports based on the data and interviews I have collected. –Coordinate fieldwork with UN agencies and local humanitarian organizations, ensuring effective collaboration and resource management. –Collect information to understand the changing dynamics of the border. –Manage budgets and logistics to support the smooth operation of field activities.

–Design and build cloud-based solutions using AWS cloud technologies in collaboration with the engineering team. –Automate many internal systems using Python and Bash scripting. –Automate code building and code deployments using cloud technologies such as CodeBuild and CodePipeline. –Monitor cloud services and troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues to ensure system reliability. –Implement and manage IAM roles, permissions, and basic security best practices across AWS services.

–Conduct data collection and analysis using KoboToolbox for a short-term project on food sustainability among vulnerable populations in the Middle East.

–Collect and analyze data for a national project about the consequences of the Covid-19 crisis on vulnerable populations, including refugees. –Assist in conducting field visits and surveys to collect primary data and assess project implementation. –Help in the development and maintenance of monitoring and evaluation databases and reporting systems. –Contribute to the creation of monitoring tools, surveys, and questionnaires to improve data collection methods. –Coordinate with project teams to address data-related issues and ensure the timely resolution of discrepancies.

–Organize and participate in tree plantings across Jordan. –Work as a gardener, planting plants and trees around the city to raise awareness about environmental protection. –Help communities and support sustainability. –Participate in fundraising projects like "Souk Jara.

–Teach English to diverse groups of learners aged 18-50. –Provide technical assistance to staff and partners on data collection methodologies, tools, and techniques. –Collect, clean, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and qualitative analysis tools. –Assist in the design and implementation of data collection instruments, including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
