Client: CHANEL (Worldwide) Supporting clients in ensuring compliance, optimizing logistics flows, identifying opportunities, and preparing for the deployment of the MyTower solution. Missions: FAP Onboarding: - Managing integration phases (Kick-off - Requirement & Analysis - Design - Testing - Go-live - Hypercare). - Analyzing client needs for transport management and freight invoice validation. - Onboarding and supporting global carriers in the deployment of the MyTower Freight Audit Platform (FAP). - Using Jira to enhance team collaboration and productivity (Business Analysts & Developers). - Preparing user guides and training users on the FAP solution. - Continuously improving deployed solutions. - Configuring and customizing the platform to meet specific client requirements. - Providing technical support and ongoing assistance to clients. - Contributing to product development and deployment in collaboration with the Software Factory. CO₂ Emissions Calculation & Carbon Footprint Analysis: - Collecting annual emissions data from transport providers (approx. 150 carriers). - Using appropriate methods and tools (in collaboration with Ecotransit) to calculate CO₂ emissions related to transport. - Preparing reports and recommendations to present findings and action plans to internal and external stakeholders (CHANEL & its carriers).

Project: TMS (Transport Management System) 0.4 to TMS 2.X Convergence Responsibilities: - Analyze the TMS 0.4 and TMS 2.X solutions and identify functional gaps. - Create Jira tickets for development and track their progress. - Configure and customize TMS 2.X based on user requirements. - Coordinate with development, EDI, and project teams to ensure alignment. - Oversee testing and validate functionalities before deployment.

Client: QUIDELORTHO (Strasbourg, France) Warehouse: STEF SANTE LOGISTIQUE (France) Responsibilities: - Handle incidents and manage the associated action plans. - Manage off-panel quotations. - Process transportation requests (import/export operations). - Oversee transport providers (freight forwarders, carrier agents, transport companies). - Prepare and lead "Carrier Performance" reviews. - Develop the transportation plan. - Monitor customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. - Prepare and submit commercial offers to potential clients. - Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and transport service providers. - Coordinate transportation operations with clients, freight agents, and carriers. - Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered within the agreed timelines. - Manage shipment documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs documents. - Resolve customer issues and claims related to shipments. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery. - Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. - Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and company profitability.

Responsibilities: - Oversee maritime and air import/export operations, including bookings and pickups. - Coordinate with subcontractors and collaborate with international freight forwarders. - Prepare and manage transport documentation (MBL & HBL). - Send pre-alerts to foreign agents and/or clients regarding shipment status. - Ensure exchange availability with shipping and air carriers/ companies. - Monitor delivery terms (free exchange, against original documents, cash on delivery). - Manage invoicing and track receivables to ensure timely payments. - Scan, monitor, and follow up on purchase invoices. - Prepare payment instructions for national and international purchases. - Maintain and update daily performance indicator tables. - Provide responsive and proactive client service, handling special requests efficiently. - Implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
