As an IT Infrastructure Program Manager, I play a pivotal role in orchestrating the management, delivery, and optimization of IT infrastructure projects and initiatives. I oversee the strategic planning and execution of DevOps operations, cybersecurity measures, and the automation of development and operational processes. Presently, I spearhead the integration of information systems and the migration of on-premises applications to the cloud. I design various integration and control processes and establish both technical and functional deliverables. Moreover, I efficiently handle concerns by resolving cybersecurity issues in the technical, operational streams. As a highly reliable professional, I drive operational efficiency by implementing an effective project management system beneficial for the entire organization.

My experience under Alten International allowed me to serve as an IT Senior Program Manager. In my capacity, I stimulated global improvements by conveying global processes, governance, and methodologies across multiple countries. I thoroughly analyzed and synthesized available information and provided top-notch solutions to every project that I handled. On top of that, I established and implemented the best processes for ALTEN IT/SI international environments by improving project scoping, business process and system design, test strategy, and project management support.

Back when I was employed under the Europcar Mobility group, I managed a team of 30+ IT professionals and effectively coordinated operational activities for 13+ projects and one major program. I spearheaded the digital transformation of web and mobile processes and supervised the overall site migration of ERP as an SAP and the IT/Business process transition project. As a reliable leader, I directed multiple global IT teams and fostered profitable and sustainable relationships with various IT Providers.

During my tenure under Galec, I onboarded organizations to the ALICE program to address and resolve technological risks and provide flexibility to the overall management repositories. I designated task management processes on different projects and administered teams with multiple workstreams. Not only that, but I also kept the executives and stakeholders up-to-date regarding each project to allow them to be involved in the whole program process. On top of that, I executed an inter-program communication strategy and carried out risk management and mitigation plans.

As an IT Delivery Manager, I oversaw the implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of all program activities and ensured their adherence to the organizational standards. I was also assigned as the person in charge of monitoring and strengthening the organization’s information systems security. I utilized the implementation of an agile methodology to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT delivery and exquisitely managed all interactions and activities within the Optiq program.

As the Project Director under Digitals Lbi, I guided the whole project management team and ensured the profitability and effectiveness of each project. I supported client service professionals and other project managers when engaging with clients and resolving issues by applying the most appropriate solutions. I also demonstrated my administrative skills by developing weekly updates to monitor the timeliness, budget management, and quality of all projects.

In my experience as a Program Director, I was allowed to assemble two major pathways to the ONE platform, aiming to improve the analytics of the Financial Regulatory group and developing a big business under the ONE financial system platform. I performed multiple duties related to account management, people management, and strategic planning. I also fulfilled the tactical execution of account goals and strategies and brought clients in discussions related to network information and business needs. I was also able to spearhead the offshore team development in India by implementing new processes with agile methodology. Above and beyond, I managed the firm’s information system security, developed an annual SOW/Budget and staffing plan, and generated monthly and quarterly financial reports.
