Providing strategic and financial advisory services to public sector entities, project sponsors and investors on the development, structuring and financing of infrastructure and energy projects across Africa and the MENA region : - Advising on project preparation and structuring, including definition of PPP and concession schemes, allocation of risks, and development of bankable project frameworks aligned with investor and lender expectations. - Developing and reviewing advanced financial models, including scenario analysis, sensitivity testing and optimization of capital structures, to assess project viability and support investment decision-making. - Conducting bankability assessments, identifying key risks (technical, financial, regulatory) and recommending mitigation strategies to enhance project attractiveness for DFIs and private investors. - Supporting the design of financing strategies, including identification of optimal funding structures (debt/equity mix), and engagement with DFIs, development banks, commercial lenders and institutional investors. - Preparing investment and decision-making materials, including information memoranda, financial reports, investment notes and presentations tailored to investors, lenders and public stakeholders. - Contributing to origination and business development, including identification of new advisory opportunities, participation in proposal preparation and structuring of mandates. - Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including government authorities, regulators, project developers, utilities and financial institutions, ensuring alignment between public objectives and private sector requirements. - Supporting investment planning and infrastructure development strategies, particularly in emerging markets, with a focus on enhancing project pipeline readiness and access to financing.

* Activities : - Lead financial and strategic advisory mandates across infrastructure and energy sectors in Africa and the Middle East. - Structure bankable PPP and project finance solutions, including SPV design, risk allocation, and concession frameworks. - Develop advanced financial models supporting investment decisions, financing strategies, and lender engagement. - Advise governments and DFIs on infrastructure reforms, investment prioritization, and project structuring. - Support fundraising processes, including investor materials, financing strategies, and negotiations. - Manage multidisciplinary teams (10+ professionals) across financial, legal, and technical workstreams. - Drive business development, originating mandates and strengthening relationships with public and private stakeholders. * Impact: Strengthened project bankability and financing readiness across multiple infrastructure mandates in transport, energy, utilities, water/sanitation and waste management sectors.
