Introduction
Building toward Machine Learning Systems Engineering specifically LLM inference and AI infrastructure. studying inference engines, running local models, and getting closer to the systems layer — vLLM, CUDA, quantization, kernels, memory movement, model runtimes. Sport shaped how I work. It taught me that progress is usually slow, uncomfortable, and worth showing up for anyway.
