Development of Management Applications: Design and development of custom applications for F1 clients, using PHP 8 and Symfony 6.4 to meet specific user needs while adhering to quality standards. Dockerization of Projects: Responsible for creating and managing dockerized projects to facilitate portability and environment management. Testing and Monitoring: Writing unit tests with PHPUnit and setting up end-to-end tests with Cypress to enhance the reliability of applications.

Implemented new development processes for my team to reduce QA feedback and accelerate development timelines. Developed new features and bug fixes. Participated in various development processes (code review, grooming, staging and production delivery). Contributed to the platform upgrade (Symfony 5 and PHP 8). Upgraded the frontend to Vue 3 and oversaw the project (dockerization, coordination with vendors, and collaboration with the business). Performed application maintenance and evolution for the Stedy.io portal and legacy platform. Led a complete overhaul of the StedY platform and implemented the entire technical architecture (ElasticSearch, dedicated MySQL, proxy configuration for secure and exclusive database access). Implemented CI/CD on Gitlab and set up multiple deployment environments for staging, QA, pre-production, and production. Planned development tasks in a Kanban mode and established specific milestones for each sprint. Implemented monitoring tools like Kibana to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service and report any production bugs. Managed the development of my team (code review, knowledge sharing, etc.).

Worked on an API first portal using Drupal 8, PHP7 and Docker for CMA/CGM. Frontend was developped in React, and communication was made using RESTful Web Services API for Drupal. Created custom modules to feed the frontend part.
