Développement d’une plateforme SaaS en collaboration avec CIH Bank gérant l’ensemble du processus d’octroi de crédit immobilier ainsi qu’une application B2C pour faire les demandes. • Gestion de l’ensemble du cycle de vie produit : Rodamap produit, Discovery et recueil du besoin, Priorisation du Backlog, Spécification du besoin et refinement avec les équipes Tech, Tests utilisateurs, Tests fonctionnels, Conduite du changement • Collaboration et fédération des équipes pluridisciplinaires (tech, design, marketing, data, IA) pour mener à bien les travaux et garantir la réussite du produit • Mise en place et suivi des KPIs produit pour évaluer la performance et identifier les améliorations

Main assignments: - Total: Strategic study on open-innovation practices and cooperation with start-ups (5 months), - Accor: Due Diligence of a hospitality solution editor prior to a major partnership (4 months), - Groupe Rocher: Design of a roadmap for the information systems convergence of two group brands throughout 6 countries (6 months), - Total: Building of the structure of a Data Branch at a Group level (4 months), - French Ministry of Education: Steering of the HRIS program inflection (7 months), - Bolloré Transport and Logistics: Sourcing of a monitoring service center (2months), - ACOSS - French social security organization: PMO of the merger of 9 IS departments into one national Information System Direction (16 months). Support functions activities within Tasmane: - Recruitment management : Interviews conduction, candidates sourcing, headhunters management, innovative recruitment solutions implementation…, - Business Development : Business proposals and business presentations, - Event organization : Management of the seminar organization team. Organization of two seminars per year, one of which being held in a foreign country (Morocco, Turkey, Portugal)
