Distances don't really matter in this sense.” Daniel Desbiens For me, every person has a role, a mission, and a lot to contribute to society. The core of my coaching is helping people gain a better understanding of themselves and align with their true selves. The goal is to achieve greater personal and professional balance, leading to greater harmony on the path to fulfillment. I am Hamza, an ICF ACC-accredited coach, and I provide personal and professional development coaching. I have been in the training field since 2015 and in coaching since 2020, with a first coaching certification from Coach Transformation Academy (CTA) and a second from the International Coaching Institute (ICI). Through my various experiences, I have been able to coach people of different ages, different roles, different fields of activity, and different cultures. Through my various roles, I have been able to develop my human touch, my empathy, my active listening skills, my sensitivity to intercultural and intergenerational issues, and above all my desire to navigate with each person in their own dance towards achieving their set goal: -Personal/professional coach -Consultant in the field of soft skills (conflict management, personal branding, collaborative work, etc.) -Facilitator of dialogue circles and head of the Initiatives and Change Dialogue Workshops project -Training facilitator for young people in the Initiatives and Change Oui Act project -Poet and writer with two published books, one in English and one in French, “Transitions” and “Une histoire différentes perspectives” Enough about me, and I'll leave you with a few questions to thank you for reading to the end: - Who are you? - What motivates you to get up every morning? - What disrupts this motivation? - What do you need today to continue moving forward? Employed to act as part of the Operations Team, deputising for the Operations Manager in her absence. My role was to facilitate and manage the Food and Beverage department, co-ordinating the teams, making sure that the work-flow was effective and that all teams were working together efficiently so the project would complete on time. This involved listening and negotiating and taken responsibility for areas in a crisis situation. The international conference centre was staffed by both paid staff and volunteers from over 20 countries, and it was my role to find a way to overcome difficulties and create new procedures in order to provide food for 500 people.
