AGILE COACH - Participation to the Strategic Program for reinventing the Life Insurance. * Consulting in agile transformation, participation in the creation of the Agile FrameWork of the banking group (SAFe, Spotify Culture). * Coaching of the Portfolio level (Epic Owners in particular): Definition of the product vision/strategy. * Coaching of the Program Level, in particular the Release Train Engineer (preparation of Program ceremonies, risk analysis, Problem Solving, etc.) and Product Management (Definition of the product roadmap, definition of the MVP, support in refining needs). * Agile coaching of 6 squads.

AGILE COACH - in a Transformation Hub called FastLab : * Trainer: training the Scrum Teams (around 8) in agile methods and teaching them this new culture. * Team Coach : helping Scrum Teams improve their collective performance in order to achieve their goals. * Individual Coaching: particularly the Scrum Masters. * Organization Consultant : participating to improve the FastLab (Vision & Strategy) and to spread the agile mindset. * Facilitator: facilitating some workshops around the product ownership/management 3.0. * Mentor: for people who want to evolve in the world of agility.

Product Owner - On behalf of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. 1. Building of a “Business Process Management” product for 7 European Countries by using “Scrum Approach" : * Accoutable for the product vision and strategy. * Refining the product backlog and roadmap with the team. * Managing the product backlog (creating, prioritising, ordering and communicating items). * Facilitating Sprint Plannings and Sprint Reviews. * Working regularely with the users through all the steps of the value chain (design, development and post release). * Collecting feedback from the users. * Taking decisions on the product. 2. Coaching of Product Owners

Project : Improvement of the “Overall Equipment Effectiveness (O.E.E)” of a production chain using the “Lean Six Sigma” approach. Business Diagnostic: * Realise a brief diagnostic of the chain production and write the “Project Chart”. * Define, map and analyse the production process. * Set up a measure system for tracking the key indicators. * Analyse and interpret statistical data in correlation with the root causes of dysfunctions. Improvement actions deployment: * Lead the “change” workshops with operational. * Implement Quick Wins. * Participate to deploy “S.M.E.D” and “5S”. * Monitor the efficiency of the improvement actions.
