⇨ My mission: Full lifecycle design and development of a multi-tenant loyalty SaaS platform, architected from scratch to handle complex local business workflows. Scope of work : ➤ Designed a subdomain-based multi-tenant architecture with tenant detection middleware and strict data isolation. ➤ Developed the core application areas for Superadmin, Commerce Admin, Staff and end customers, including customers, points, rewards, SMS campaigns and commerce settings. ➤ Built Vue.js interfaces and workflow-oriented screens for commerce administration, staff usage and customer loyalty operations. ➤ Implemented customer lookup by phone number, point attribution, reward redemption and customer history. ➤ Implemented SMS-based authentication, RBAC, IP/tenant rate limiting, strict input validation and GDPR constraints. ➤ Designed a multi-provider SMS architecture configurable per commerce and refactored the codebase for maintainability and long-term scalability.

Designed a fruit and vegetable procurement automation system, working directly with the business owner. • Collected, normalized and compared supplier data with n8n and Python for product matching, inventory tracking and purchasing recommendations. • Built a deterministic decision engine for products, suppliers, pricing, quantities and replenishment. • Integrated LLMs after the business engine to summarize decisions, explain anomalies and handle ambiguous product matches. • Implemented human review through WhatsApp, including questions, recalculations and approval before sending orders by email and updating inventory. • Improved workflow reliability with idempotency, validation, anomaly handling and rollback mechanisms. • Saved approximately 4 hours of manual work per day, with up to €25,000 in potential annual savings. Developed a confidential internal business platform used by approximately 200 employees, centralizing projects, publications, supervision and administrative reporting. • Designed REST APIs and business logic with Python, FastAPI and Pydantic. • Built relational data models with PostgreSQL and granular role-based access control (RBAC). • Implemented annual and quarterly reporting with asynchronous PDF generation using Redis, Celery and AWS Lambda. • Contributed reusable React components, automated tests, application security, API performance improvements and production deployment. Developed digital tools, interactive modules and training applications used by more than 1,500 learners in private security training. • Built quizzes, assessments, results tracking and learner follow-up workflows. • Developed and maintained React interfaces and Python / FastAPI backend APIs. • Deployed application services on AWS and integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Maintained and continuously improved production features, reliability and user experience.
