• Simultaneous interpretation from/to English to/from local language(s) (Russian/Ukrainian) • Assistance in arranging the necessary communications and information between the ODIHR Team and all the participants of the observation process

• Translation and proofreading of various documents; • Recruitment of the new employees; • Carrying out online orders; • Coordination and distribution of incoming work assignments; • E-mails and calls handling; • Simultaneous interpretation from/to English; • Other duties as assigned.

• Simultaneous interpretation from/to English to/from local language(s); • Written translations from/to English to/from local language(s) of various documents on a wide range of technical topics; • Arrangement of various meetings with officials from local and regional election authorities, governors, mayors, local representatives of political parties, candidates, the media, and civil society; • Summary, in English, of election-related news published in the local language(s); • Assistance to LTOs in identifying suitable staff for the short-term observers (STOs) and in locating suitable accommodation for STOs; • Organization of travels in the AoO for the LTOs and accompanying the LTOs on these travels; • Keeping lists of names, addresses and phone number of the LTOs' interlocutors; • Performance of other duties as required.

• Interpreting for the STO Team from English to Russian and vice versa • Assisting in arranging all the necessary communications and information between the STO Team and all the participants of the election process.
