In a boutique agency specialized in omnichannel sales, support the following activities on Amazon: - Manage advertising campaigns in 2 countries including the United States, from the creation of creative assets, to keyword targeting and the weekly optimization of bids. - Monitor and redistribute advertising campaign budgets, up to a total of €44,000 per month. - Participate in the 2025 4-day July Prime Day event, generating over €400,000 in sales with an initial investment of €16,000. - Manage product catalogs by ensuring the retail-readiness of over 200 luxury perfumes in 5 different European markets, from copy and image quality control, to price and variation monitoring. - Assist with the data collection and presentation of both periodic client reports and wider market researches, indicating clear insights for retail and advertising. - Be a point of contact between the agency and the platform, and resolve all arising issues swiftly.

Collaborating with the Direct-To-Consumer Merchandising department, support with the stock analysis and management for 25 retail and outlet stores in 4 European countries and all product categories: - Assist with purchasing orders from initial allocation through end of life cycle of merchandise, including weekly replenishment and consolidation of goods to other stores or channels - Assist with product assortment presentations to give visibility to the retail teams about new assortment to arrive to stores - Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to inform stock management decisions - Track goods in transit and highlight any shipping issues that may affect business and be the point of contact for resolution - Support the team with sell-in and sell-out data analysis to recap situation at store level and create insight reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Within both the marketing and artistic departments, support the daily activities to ensure customers’ fidelity and develop new business opportunities through synch licensing: - Assist with communication: writing of newsletters, press releases, text translations, social media content creation (YouTube, Instragram) and updating product information sheets - Prepare and deliver legal deposits to the national royalties collecting association (SACEM) and to the national repository (BNF) - Assist the artistic director in proofreading and editing sheet music - Elaborate, design and curate a digital portfolio of themed playlists based on the works of contemporary classical composers to expand licensing activities while ensuring the alignment of the company’s visual branding on Bandcamp

Support psychometric assessment candidates and recruiting corporate clients: - Develop, for an international client service team, two training courses to standardize processes and improve user satisfaction - Analyze client data to develop loyalty strategies, map the client and candidate journey using BPMN to identify improvement points
