Project: Migration of Orange's mail solution from the Atos data center to two Orange data centers. This project is based on an OpenStack infrastructure that hosts all virtual machines containing various services for processing connection and disconnection logs (POP3/IMAP) as well as "heavy client" logs. Development, integration, qualification, and consolidation of the new version of the real-time log processing application dedicated to the legal obligation of traceability. Development and integration of software for collecting system and user metrics. Monitoring of Orange's mail solutions. Ensuring the implementation and operability of solutions and their evolutions. Addressing complex issues in the support chain and resolving them. Deploying and adapting the system to ensure the expected efficiency. Integrating solutions into operational environments. Responsibilities: Continuous deployment automation of various services on virtual machines using Ansible and integration with GitLab CI/CD. Automating tests to verify logs from various Kafka topics and the results after Spark processing (Robot Framework, Filebeat, Logstash, Elasticsearch). Updating the statistical log computation platform to make it functional with the new Elasticsearch V7 version (Chef, Perl, Ansible, Elasticsearch queries). Qualification of the Spark log processing application for Orange mail services (JIRA, JIRA-Xray). Setting up a metrology platform with Ansible (OpenStack). Implementing a monitoring system for various services within the servers (Collectd, Graphite, Grafana) to monitor Elasticsearch servers, Spark jobs, and Cassandra services.

Client: Air Liquide Context: Migration project of the medical solution for home healthcare providers, doctors, and European patients on behalf of Air Liquide Santé International. Objectives: Development of the backend part of a web application and integration of medical data into a NoSQL database. Missions: Development and participation in the deployment of the application in a technically complex environment with significant constraints: Big Data and data utilization, cloud environment, data security, and usage policies. Development based on Python/Flask with implementation of unit tests, code review, functional testing, and deployment on AWS.

Improvement of a biological database integration tool related to Elasticsearch. Design and development of several software plugins in Python to extract, transform, and load biological data into a data warehouse. Utilization of Elasticsearch, a distributed NoSQL database, and handling of large multi-omics data sets. Utilization of "KIBI," an open-source data intelligence platform based on Kibana, to perform complex analyses on large volumes of data and provide customizable visualizations.

Development of a tool for processing and converting VCF files, a format used in bioinformatics for storing gene sequence variations. VCF_tools_converter (https://github.com/AnselmeChans/vcf_tools_converter) provides methods to manipulate meta-information and sequence variation as described by VCF. Additionally, it allows for the manipulation of meta-information between two VCF files provided by different algorithms.

Research Project on the Study of Molecular Interaction between Bovine IGF2 Ligand (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2) and Human IGF2R Receptor (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 Receptor) Characterization of the interaction between bovine IGF2 growth factor and its human receptor through molecular docking. Modeling of the 3D structure of bovine insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) and the IGF2 receptor (IGF2R). Conducting molecular docking simulations of bovine IGF2 with the human IGF2R receptor. Analysis of the results to predict the affinity of the ligand for its receptor.
