As a Solution Architect at CCF (ex HSBC ), I was recruited to design and implement strategic data initiatives, including the migration from the legacy Data Warehouse (SWIM) to AWS, and the creation of a unified banking data repository consolidating customer and contract information across the group. I also defined the target architecture for ECL engines supporting IFRS9 calculations and staging processes, ensured the operational excellence of the group’s Data Platform, and optimized the DataLake architecture. Additionally, I contributed to strengthening data governance and lineage by integrating AWS DataZone for improved transparency and compliance.

– Within the Crédit Agricole group, my role was to manage a team of data engineers to help inspectors better manage their audit missions (in terms of time saving, control efficiency, data variation, model training for fraud detection...) – Worked as Data Architecte on Data Science Platefome Creation (from scratch) – Machine Learning modules preparation for audit use (MLFlow, Streamlit) – Data ingestion using Spark to S3 storage – Implementation of a Kubernetes architecture with the aim of preparing a python development ecosystem for the data scientist team (K8S, Docker, Jupyter, Gitlab, S3, ElasticSearch) – Advanced REST API via Flask, OpenAPI – OCR document analysis using Azure – Implementation of a project from scratch with the aim of tracing the banking life cycle of a user (credit, contract, transaction) : Neo4J, ElasticSearch, Linkurious – Participating in Reporting generation using PowerBI based on SSIS, SSAS infrastructure. – Performance test on project architecture using load test scenarios (Dynatrace, Network, DB, S3, Architecture) – Management of access rights to applications and reports (AD Group, SSO, SAML, RLS PowerBI) – Technical documentation for architecture used on different projects, architecture validation based on use cases, costs, time management, maintenance... – Progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira

– Within the BPCE group, my role was to create from scratch with a team of data engineers a new central datalake for different banque data (HR, employees informations, sites, customer feedbacks ...) – Worked as Lead Data Engineer on the Enterprise DataLake solution (from scratch) – Focus on data ingestion from different sources (CSV, Sharepoint, Oracle ...) – Small focus on data preparation, cleaning, aggregation (PySpark, Pandas) – Advanced REST API via Flask, OpenAPI – Technical Documentations of the ingestions process and the API's contracts – Data ingestion technical reporting via ELK, and functional reporting via PowerBI – Using GIT, XLDeploy, XLRelease – Progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira

– Implementing a Big Data plateform for the center of trading of Tunisia (BVMT) and devlopping a predective web client dashboard to help the decision making based on spread, bid and ask computing. – Developing new Java/Big Data optimised solutions for the Telecom information system for : Nordnet (group of Orange Telecom)
