• Piloter les projets Data / IT de bout en bout en Agile (Scrum) : Azure DevOps Board / Jira, MS project, Miro ... etc. • Responsable des efforts d'intégration de données en utilsant principalement : Azure (Data Factory, Microsoft ID), Databricks, Power BI, SAP BO, SQL Server, Salesforces, SSIS ... etc. • Identifier les besoins des parties prenantes, en réaliser les études de faisabilité et du coût, animer les ateliers de cadrage du besoin et rédiger les User Stories (US) & spécifications technico-fonctionnelles. • Préparer & monitorer le planning & le budget après le cadrage du besoin (MS Project, BubblePlan). • Créer, gérer et prioriser le Backlog produit en fonction de la vision produit et la valeur métier attendue (Jira & Azure DevOps Board). • Coordination et gestion de projet (Cascade/ Scrum), gestion de tâches & ticketing (MANTIS), planning et gestion de budget (GANT) et la gestion des conflits. • Analyse, modélisation et Intégration des données (Microsoft Business Intelligence : SSIS, SSAS, SSMS). • Ateliers de cadrage et spécification de besoins métier et Atelier de faisabilité techniques. • Assurer le support technico-fonctionnel des livrables opérationnels (TMA). ation Outils & Technologies : Mantis, SQL server, Java/Java EE, Python, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS.

• Aide à la gestion de projet (Cascade, Reporting, Ticketing: Plateforme CLARIFY). • Contribuer au Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) et l’intégration des données (Talend). • Animer les réunions hebdomadaires entre l’équipe technique et métier. • Monitoring des livrables et respect du délais / qualité du produit Data de l’environnement de développement à sa MES. • Analyse technico-fonctionnelle du système décisionnel de LVMH (Microsoft BI : SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) • TMA et support technique de l’ERP interne pour la Supply Chain Optimization (TXT Technology). • Proposer et mettre en places des correctifs & évolutions permanentes des anomalies récurrentes. • Participer au projet PDMi (Scrum, Jira, Java/JEE Spring et Hibernate) • Suivre les livrables en environnement de développement, Préproduction et Production. The main purpose of the internship is to design and develop an integrated system in order to manage and monitor the action plan of Central Administration of the « Entraide National » organization. • Understanding and getting acquainted with the functional aspect of the organization, stakeholders of the project and the technical team. • Ensuring requirement gathering and preparing the functional and technical specifications • Carrying out an exhaustive designing study with team members using UML 2.0 • Ensuring the development phase of the web application (Java EE , Spring MVC , Spring Securtiy, Spring IoC ,Hibernate , JSF 2 ,Primefaces and MySQL) • Preparing the ETL module of the decision support system dedicated to monitor the organization’s projects across the country.

Internship's context: Design & develop a web application to manage the compagny’s building assets. It was a great opportunity to apply what I’ve learned during my second year studies in engineering school in a real world professional environment. I was charged to : • Participate in meetings with stakeholders, asking questions and understanding their needs. • Help in creating the first version of the functional specification’s document. • Participate in a design study of the application to be. • And participate in developing the web application.

The main purpose of my very first internship was to experience the professional environment. I had the opportunity to develop my relational competencies, sens of punctuality, commitment and responsibility by being part of the IT team of Agadir's prefecture.
