The work is motivated by the need to better understand the impact of pollution on human mobility in urban environments. This work aims to provide contributions towards generic approaches to modelling and managing human trajectories. This work aims to focus on how to reason in real-time on gigantic and noisy data streams in order to support the decision process of extremely large numbers of concurrent users. Investigate and develop an expressive non-monotonic logic-based formalism for the reasoning over uncertain data stream through logical constraints.
