• Deploying the new insurance Dare program: Mobility Ecosystem (Car, Smartphone and Travel insurance) in Italy and Germany • Coordinate delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and design the Roadmap cross Ecosystems (Living and Wellness) and cross countries • The guardian of the Germany country committee for the key milestones and business alignment meeting (impact, dependencies, resources...) • Responsible of the Scrum of Scrum ceremony (Agile session with all Product Owners and several managers in order to discuss risks, delivery plan, and escalation (if needed) • Operations & Transformation management

SOCFIM: Retail and Real Estate Financing Banking • Verification of the expression of need in relation to the solution provided by the editor: End-to-end tests, simulation of business processes, process analysis, process modelling and business process improvement. • Flow mapping • Liaise with the external providers Temenos and Elicimai: Contract, quality of service, study of payment solutions … • Ebics and SwiftNet : study, implementation and SEPA transfer tests for clients with payment solutions • Bank Digitalization Transformation: Implementation of an online banking: - Study of client web contracts, Digitalization of the Middle and Back office process, Build and customize the web offer, advising, analyze and challenging the ideas of stakeholders and end users, - Lead the strategy for Digital Operations Transformation across all business platforms, - Produce workflow and supporting processes for Digital Operations Transformation, & co-ordinate Transformation council meetings, minutes and actions, - Ensure the interconnection of the online banking with Temenos: core banking system, - Improve the marketing of product offer by assisting sales team and marketing department: campaign management and client assistant, - Change management: Drafting of user guides for internal users and bank customers, internal and external training workshop.

• Counterparties referential administration in an international scope (fixed Income and Global Equity and Derivatives activities) • Functional and technical issues resolving • Static Data (Currencies, country, banking holidays, …) modification and update • Monitoring of entities Creation workflow: Follow-up of the legal validation( EMIR, DODD FRANK, KYC,…), validation control of all BNP PARIBAS divisions, check of the merged entities and verification of the link between branches, subsidiaries and their headquarters • Users training & client management • Giving advice, guidance and support to international BNP PARISBAS users
