First PM @ Lite (Economee) · Energy Tech SaaS May 2024 – July 2025 Launched Economee, a data product helping French households measure energy savings post-renovation. Team of 4 devs, 1 designer and 1 data scientist. - Grew MRR from 0 to 40K€ (50 pro clients) in 8 months by shifting from one-off PDF reports to a recurring SaaS model. - Co-designed an interactive dashboard replacing static monthly PDFs, driving autonomous platform engagement. - Defined a joint product and R&D roadmap with a data scientist to align research priorities with user needs and ship model outputs as features. - Built the backlog and roadmap (front, back, R&D), set up Kanban, QA and tracking strategy. - Ran continuous discovery through user interviews and test-and-learn cycles.

B2B partner products and funnel optimization Strengthened B2B partnerships and improved the consumer booking funnel. - Increased booking funnel conversion by +9% by redesigning the end-to-end UX/UI. - Delivered a white-label booking widget for AXA (France's largest car insurer) in 3 months, targeting 80K reservations per year. - Ran B2B partner interviews (insurers, fleet managers) and field observations in repair centers.

Fintech SaaS Among the first 10 employees, shipped V1 with an early beta community. - Delivered a functional V1 in 3 months with 5 senior devs after 50+ user interviews to define MVP scope. - Identified through discovery that automatic invoice reconciliation, not billing, was the core unmet need, shaping product strategy. - Set up Scrum, QA and backlog management through to V1 release. - Led Product Ops by rolling out discovery tools (Dovetail, Productboard, Tandemz).

Discovery mission with retail banking branches to clarify billing volumes and design a data platform providing transparency and traceability of invoicing volumes for Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Épargne networks.
