Project : Data extraction application from CVs (PDF and Word) Tasks : - Extract data from CVs, analyze and clean this data, extract each field and insert it into a PostgreSQL database. - Use of Machine Learning to synthesize data and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Spacy model to process the data during the analysis process.

Avidia Software : Is a cloud-based human resources and management software. Tasks : • Working with Power BI to create and elaborate reports and dynamic dashboards from Azure Cloud. • Created visually appealing and insightful dashboards with Power BI to present key business metrics and KPIs and delivered them to Clients in the web application. • Identified and resolved issues related to connectivity, model inconsistencies, and visualization errors. • Provided client support by delivering clear explanations for dashboards and reports. • Developed and implemented functionalities, with a focus on Personalized report generation for clients, using .NET & Angular. Project : Classification, categorization and prediction model of job descriptions in the human resources sector Tasks : • Web Scraping of textual data according to the business and the location of different fields (Data Science, Finance ...) • Data augmentation with “Easy Data Augmentation” techniques • Use of Natural Language Processing models to correct and translate job descriptions (development of translation scripts / spellchecking ..) • Use of embedding techniques: Word2Vec, Bag-Of-Words, Tf-IDF, Doc2Vec for data training. • Machine Learning: Predicting results with supervised learning models: Logistic Regression, SVM, Naïve Bayes. • Machine Learning: Class prediction with the unsupervised learning model: K-means ++ • Achievement of F1 Prediction Score with 94% for supervised models and 90% with unsupervised model.
