Ensure the evolution of Service Cloud in alignment with the luxury house’s digital transformation strategy. By making sure that the CRM solution effectively supports business objectives, my role was to increase the business value of our backlog and deliver enhancements within the agreed time and budget, in order to improve the customer experience while maintaining the company’s prestigious image: - Manage Salesforce evolutions and solutions in collaboration with IT; - Establish and manage release planning and schedules; - Handle complex technical dependencies with different internal IT teams; - Organize and lead weekly steering committees for technical and budgetary validation of new releases; - Oversee testing phases and validate solutions with business stakeholders; - Engage in daily interactions with teams across Asia, Europe, and the US from various luxury brands within the Kering group; - Demonstrate delivered enhancements and write user guides in English.

Ensure the successful delivery of the Service Cloud implementation project within the defined time and budget constraints: - Prioritize feature developments based on business value to maximize ROI; - Establish project planning and manage the product backlog through Agile ceremonies (sprints, reviews, retrospectives, etc.); - Lead requirement specification workshops with various banking business units; - Frame new business needs, conduct feasibility studies, and identify IT dependencies; - Coordinate internal resources and manage overall resource allocation effectively; - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper follow-up of deployments.

Within Xpollens Payment solution (by BPCE), in the IT backoffice team, I was responsible for studying and implementing all requirement and evolutions linked to internal financial flow. As a functional domain reference of backoffice and european reglementary, I was responsible of detecting dependencies, impact and functional evolution for all the package of new market product portfolio: As Oney Bank Digital Projet, (new digital bank of BPCE group)

Within Natixis, in a team of 5 people and in a multicultural context (Paris, London, Portugal and Hong Kong), I was responsible for the evolution of a pre-trading tool used by sales of our trading floor, to perform controls on their products in accordance with the regulations (MIFID2, PRIIPS, EMIR ): - Set up, management and follow-up of product backlogs - Elaboration of user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements - Organization and animation of prioritization committees with the business and project stakeholders. - Feasibility study and realization of web mock-ups of proposed solution. - Definition of test strategies and realization in cooperation with the users of the functional acceptance. - Demonstration and validation of the developments carried out with business - Participation and contribution to the animation of agile ceremonies (Morning meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives ..)

Within BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking, We are a team of 6 business analysts serving the energy and commodities trade finance activities within “Middle Office and Operational center E&C” department. As a product owner, I’m in charge of two next versions (2018) of our main Trade Finance application “OPCO”. Projects are estimated at 100 to 300 Md. My responsibilities are to: - Understand knowledge of the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product - Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product - Representing the customer (acting as a proxy) in support of the delivery teams throughout the project - Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value - Write detailed requirements in JIRA - Specify acceptance criteria for each requirements and writing acceptance tests - Provide vision and direction to development team and stakeholders throughout the project - Cooperate with Product Management to manage product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities - Organize and animate users training session

Within EGM: Energy Global Management, the PVM department (Pricing, Valuation and MarketRisk), in a team of 5 people, and in a multicultural environment (Paris, London, Italy, Brussels and Singapore), I played principally the role of an applicative support in the trading floor, but a differences other roles: **** First Role: Front Office Proximity application support in the trading room: - Offer of the application and functional support on a set of Meteor applications for front office, middle office and Market risk - Incident resolution, detection of bugs, investigations and proposal of temporary solutions to traders - Redaction of functional and technical procedures for incidents investigations and tests. - Participate in the supervision of the critical process during the night (on call duty) to guarantee a service 24h / 24h. - Participation in redefining roles and responsibilities within the holacracy management trasformation - Represent the ALM team in the functional and technical specifications of major projects **** Second Role: Software Deployment - Participate in releases meetings and planning. - Carry out software deploying releases - Realizations of pre-release and post-release testing **** Third Role: Business Analyst: Automation of Production and Market Data Management - Study of the existing repository for market data recovered via providers (Reuters, Lim and Mercure) - Organization and animation of business workshops with Market Risk officers to redefine the scope of curves and products to be retrieved from data market sites - Design and creation of data market quality KPIs using complex SQL queries - Training of the Singapore team and the newcomers on critical night productions (creation of market parameters, Calculation of Valuation, Pnl, and var) • Functional environment: Front Office(Commodities), Market Risk and Middle Office (Var, stressed Var, Valuation, PnL) • Technical environment: Sybase, SQL, Splunk, symphony 7.1, Holacratie, Agile

Within the management of the ITEC / PRD department, my manager and I, managed the IT transformation program of the Production Department, composed of 7 projects for a total budget of 1.3M. Interaction with international PROD managers in Paris, London, New York and Bangalore and project managers. **** First Role: Management of existing Strategic Transformation Program of 2014: - Monitoring the progress of all projects in the portfolio of the IT 2014 transformation program for the deployment of the "ITIL" standard - Ensure compliance of monthly reports provided by project managers with Project Management Life Cycle standards: project life cycle used at SGCIB - Challenge of Project manager on their monthly budgetary consumption during the project and each delivery - Management of the KPI progress indicators of all the projects of the program - Project risk control: identification of deviations from project contracts in terms of costs, delays and deliverables, to challenge project managers based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Organization of Steering Committee and operation Committee - Monthly realization and presentation of a detailed financial analysis of the overall state of the program to the sponsors of the program. **** Second Role: Construction of next Transformation Program following new bank strategy for 2015: - Construction of the IT investment portfolio for 2015 with a Bottom Up/ Top down exercises throughout the Production Department - Collecting needs and proposals for IT projects. - Estimated cost of each selected project (Encryption) and presentation to sponsors • Technical environment: PRIME (Reporting application) • Methodologies: ITIL, PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle)

Within the IT team of the postal sorting center and IBM, made up of 4 people, I realized the design and the implementation of a dashboard for monitoring real-time production in C # .Net 4.0.
