Main Missions: • Manage a team of 3 consultants from 3 different nationalities and geographical zones • Analyze the needs of an Indian NGO • Design an action plan to define the strategy to create a healthcare mobile app for 300 young people living in the slums • Carry out primary and secondary research to produce implementation guidelines
